Traders who already hold crypto and want to fund an account with it, use TradeLocker, and like a low listed minimum with a flat $6 per lot commission. It is not for anyone who needs a regulated broker or investor protection — see the risks below before you deposit.

Our verdict

ClarityFX is an offshore broker registered as a company in Saint Lucia. We found no licence from any financial regulator, and funding is listed as cryptocurrency only. That means no investor-compensation scheme and no regulator to complain to if something goes wrong. Fees look modest on paper, but they cannot make up for the missing regulation. Only consider it with money you can afford to lose, and compare regulated brokers first.

Why regulation matters

A regulated broker must hold client money separately from its own, report to a regulator and, in many countries, belongs to a compensation scheme that repays clients if the broker fails. An unregulated broker has none of these obligations. If a withdrawal is delayed or refused, there is no regulator or ombudsman to escalate to.

Crypto-only funding adds to this. Card and bank transfers can sometimes be disputed; crypto transfers generally cannot.

If you still want to use it

  • Start with a small deposit and complete a test withdrawal before adding more.
  • Size every trade so one loss is a small fraction of the account — the position size calculator does the math.
  • Keep records of every deposit, trade and withdrawal request.
  • Check whether your country allows you to use an offshore broker.

ClarityFX FAQ

Is ClarityFX regulated?
We found no licence from any financial regulator. ClarityFX is registered as a company in Saint Lucia, and that company registration is not a financial-services licence. Independent sites such as WikiFX and BrokersView also list it as unregulated. If ClarityFX obtains a licence, check the licence number on the regulator's own register.
How do you deposit and withdraw with ClarityFX?
Its broker listing on TradeLocker gives cryptocurrency as the only deposit and withdrawal method. Crypto transfers are hard to reverse, so test a small withdrawal before depositing more.
What leverage does ClarityFX offer?
Up to 1:100 across forex, indices, commodities and crypto, according to its TradeLocker listing.
Is ClarityFX safe?
Without regulation there is no independent oversight of how client money is held, and no compensation scheme if the broker fails. That is a significant risk compared with brokers regulated by authorities such as the FCA, ASIC or CySEC.
