Forex Brokers That Accept Crypto Deposits — What to Check First

Which forex and CFD brokers accept crypto deposits such as USDT, why it depends on the entity you join, the risks, and a checklist before you deposit.

Crypto funding is popular with traders who already hold stablecoins or live where card and bank transfers to brokers are slow or blocked. It can be fast and cheap — but it changes your risk, because crypto transfers are hard to reverse. Here is what to check before you send USDT or Bitcoin to a broker.

It depends on the entity, not just the brand

Large broker groups run several companies under one name: for example a UK or EU entity under the FCA or CySEC, and an offshore entity under a lighter regulator. Crypto deposits, higher leverage and bonuses are usually only available through the offshore entity. Before you deposit, check which company your account is with and which regulator supervises it.

Risks of funding with crypto

  • No chargebacks. Card payments can sometimes be disputed; a crypto transfer generally cannot be pulled back.
  • Price moves. Depositing Bitcoin rather than a stablecoin adds currency risk between sending and crediting.
  • Withdrawal rules. Some brokers return funds only by the method you deposited with, or apply network fees and minimums.
  • Regulation matters more. With no payment-provider safety net, the broker’s licence and client-money rules are your main protection.

Checklist before you deposit

  1. Look up the broker’s licence on the regulator’s own register and note the entity name.
  2. Confirm crypto deposits and withdrawals for that entity, plus any fees and minimums.
  3. Prefer a stablecoin such as USDT or USDC over Bitcoin to avoid price swings.
  4. Send a small amount first and complete a test withdrawal.
  5. Keep the transaction hashes and account statements.

Frequently asked questions

Can I fund a forex account with USDT or Bitcoin?

Some brokers accept crypto, usually through their offshore entities rather than their UK, EU or Australian ones. Check which entity you would join and confirm the payment methods on the broker's own site.

Are crypto deposits safe?

The coin itself is not the main risk — the broker is. Crypto transfers generally cannot be reversed, so if a broker delays or refuses a withdrawal you have fewer options than with a card or bank transfer. Use a broker regulated by a credible authority and test a small withdrawal first.

Which regulated brokers accept USDT?

FXEmpire's September 2026 list names FxPro, BlackBull Markets and eToro as accepting USDT. Each has several entities with different rules, so confirm that the entity serving your country accepts it.
